This week was my final week of experimenting. I spent my week dyeing different types of paper with coffee. The first type of paper was thick cartridge paper. The second type was 80 gsm drawing paper. I then also dyed a small piece of printing paper. They all had different out comes however I’m hoping to use the 80 gsm drawing paper as it’s in a roll and I need to create a rather long Japanese scroll.
I have created a drawing which will be what it will looks like on the scroll. My plan is to jog my memory by looking at photos and to create a plan with the photos of how the timeline will go. I am no longer including how I will see myself in the future as it is just extra time that I don’t have. This image is taken from photograph as most of the drawings will be as it’s easier for me to have reference rather than straight from memory.
